Successful Ways offers a Buyers Agent service that will save you time, money and stress. We can find and negotiate property for first time home buyers and property investors. We offer 3 services to compliment the whole business.

  1. Negotiation Only
    Once you have found the property you wish to purchase, your Buyers Agent will enter into negotiations with the Selling Agent or Vendor. Our goal is to achieve the lowest price, as well as secure the deal in your favour
  2. Auction Bidding
    You may be too busy or not feel confident in attending an Auction. We will attend with you or on your behalf and eliminate the stress on the big day
  3. Full Service
    You will receive a comprehensive package beginning with an initial brief where we review your goals and determine what you would like to achieve. We will then get to work by searching and locating what we discussed in our brief and present you with a list of properties for you to inspect. You can then instruct us to enter into negotiations and secure the deal. In keeping with our motto "To educate and provide a one-stop shop for real estate, legal and financial services", we will also organise your finance and legal requirements to complete the service
