Our Service to You
Step 1 - Initial briefing and consultation
We will meet with you to discuss your goals and requirements so we fully understand what you would like to achieve.
Step 2 - Search and Locate
We are aligned with Real Estate Selling Agents who often call us first before properties hit the market. You may not be aware, but there are many Vendors who do not want their properties advertised due to personal and profile reasons. We will then present you with a shortlist of properties for you to review and inspect. You will also receive a full market analysis of the properties we recommend.
Step 3 - Negotiate & Secure
All the legwork has been done, and it is time for our Buyer's Agent to take action and complete the transaction in your favour. We will liaise with you as your representative as to how the negotiations are progressing and once the offer is accepted we will move quickly to secure the deal.
Step 4 - Liaise with your professionals
It is very important that your Solicitor/Conveyancer and Financier are moving quickly so that we are in a position to exchange contracts and avoid being gazumped. The majority of our clients use our 'in house professionals, as it allows us to have full control of the process, as well as provide you with expert advice along the way. We will ensure that everything moves smoothly - right up to settlement.
